Selects the amount of time that the radio waits when expecting a further response to a request from the Fixed Network Equipment (FNE). This situation occurs when the FNE sends an indication to the radio that its request is being processed and that further signaling is on the way. If this time expires, the radio no longer expects a response from the FNE and returns to an idle state.
